I am super happy with this purchase. The packing was impressive. Each part was individually bubble wrapped and the sliding parts coated in plastic to avoid scratches. Even the corners of the outer box were reinforced and banded. It came with directions. The directions were clear! All parts were present and accounted for. There were even thoughtful extras like grounding straps, cage nuts/screws for my equipment. It came with tools. Not the die-cut cheap wrenches, but real wrenches and a screwdriver with sufficient length to reach the inside corners. I love the adjustable depth, because I have 32-inch deep servers and I am not totally sure how much depth I really need yet. It even has twice the number of cable organizers as you see in the product pictures; another nice touch.

Easy to assemble solid square hole rack. The rack arrived with enough cage nuts and mounting screws components to get started. The product itself arrived in perfect condition. Shipping box was a little damaged and probably only good for shipping to you.
