Reasonable quality for the price

Two of the welded nuts were misaligned, preventing those screws from being used. There's four of these per post so I don't think it's a big deal, just disappointing. The bars that make up the rolling base have holes such that they can be assembled backwards. They need to be assembled correctly in order for the vertical rails to be oriented correctly. The instructions don't cover this and I didn't discover it until I was half way through adding the vertical rails. There's a lot of screws so it was tedious taking it apart to reorient things.

Even with those issues, it's still a good value. It survived shipping even though UPS didn't treat the package very well.
