instructions were clean and clear.
I have personally installed this rack. Was packaged very well and the rack itself is made really well. No parts were missing. Install instructions were clean and clear. Great solution for storing servers and network equipment.

I love this thing. Although not all of the tapped holes were tapped all of the way through, I was still able to assemble it after getting a larger Philips head bit. I would buy again.

I am impressed
I purchased this 12U rack for a home lab environment to work on certifications and I can say that I am impressed. While somewhat expensive for a home use, this thing is cheap by rack standards. Because of that, I expected it to include cheap nuts and bolts to put everything together, but was surprised to find high quality nuts, washers, and screws. The rack even included some wrenches and a screwdriver to put everything together. While they were not professional grade tools by any means, they did a fine job with assembling this rack. Thumbs up to StarTech for not using cheap hardware that will shear and strip during assembly.

Bought this for the business - very high quality materials and strong! Had a smaller 12u one but expanded so we needed more rack space. Would highly recommend using.
