    Great Audio Rack

Posted by W.R. Pelfrey on Dec 10th 2020

It's over all very tough rack.I have this one and the version before this one. YES, I have two of this rack. It is best to "HAND SCREW", "HAND START" the screws. This is an aluminum rack, so you can strip out the threaded holes easily with an electric screw driver. I have made it a point to add bracing/blank panels on all for side to make sure the rack doesn't twist. I noticed this with the first rack and continued doing it to the second one. This happens when moving the rack and one or more side don't have at least one cross member to make the rack more rigid, HEY, it's a 28U tall rack! All screw holes are properly placed, no problems mounting any of my equipment, one rack is completely filled. Following proper assembly instructions, added with my instructions above, I have no complaints with either of my two racks! Like them both very much!
