Good quality metal construction, but could be longer
While the product is well made, it ended up being a bit short for our pruposes, our switches (standard Cisco models sit proud of the rack by an inch or so, which consumes more than half of the available "cable slot" when mounted next to the switch. Longer "fingers" would have been more useful, though as our design called for just 1 cable per gap (it servers half a 48 port switch), so it does meet our needs.

I have this and a rack-mounted power strip ( CyberPower RKBS15S2F8R 15A 10-Outlet 1U RM Rackbar Surge Suppressor --also great) spanning the back of a desk I built. By running my cables through this cable manager, I no longer have a bird's nest of cables.
It is worth noting that the spacing of slots are just wide enough to fit the fatter power cables that come with some monitors--they fit and I'm not worried about damage to the cable, but it's not loose enough that you'd be pulling the cable through easily either. My other cables all slide through fine.
