Really awesome does exactly what it is designed to and looks good doing it. The manufacturing quality is excellent. My only complaint is that it is a bit pricey for what is basically a couple metal bars and some nuts/bolts/washers. I literally spent more money on this rack than I did on the three servers I put in it (used Dell 1950s).If you are handy with woodworking/construction and you do not ever plan to move your server rack, you can build one yourself for a lot less. But if you are like me and are not good at woodworking, and expect that you may have to move the servers at some point in the future... then this thing is probably the best option you will find!
This is VERY well designed and sturdy. TOTALLY happy with this!! They even included rack screws and all the tools that you need to assemble this!!! You gotta love that!
The people saying it is not sturdy must have the two post version. I got the 15U 27U 4 Post rack and it is solid. Pretty easy to put together too, and comes with the the tools required. Can not ask for more.
Very high quality cabinet. Excellent customer service!
I was debating getting this for over 2 years but then a friend got one of these Raising Electronics 27U racks and I saw how all his equipment fit on the rack and how it was so much more organized and easy to get to the devices, I would purchase this again.
This is a great 27U rack. I used this to setup a lab in the office where space is a premium. Wheels help with that so I can move it if needed. Quality is pretty solid. It does take some effort to put together but once it is been put together, it is a pretty solid rack.
